Monrovia won the last time they faced Mountain View and things went their way on Friday too. The Monrovia Wildcats walked away with a 2-0 win over the Mountain View Vikings. The result kept the Wildcats happy, as they haven't lost a game since December 7, 2024.

Zephyr Enriquez and Manny Lopez scored both of Monrovia's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Monrovia is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-1-3 record this season. As for Mountain View, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4-2.

Monrovia and Mountain View should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings.
