Volleyball Recap: Caston Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Culver Community, Caston was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Delphi Community Oracles. For the Comets, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Oracles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2021.

Natalie Warner paced Caston's offense, picking up six kills. Warner got some help from Madisyn Douglass and her seven assists. Kylee Logan controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Caston's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Delphi Community, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Caston didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Northwestern on the 23rd. As for Delphi Community, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Rochester on the 23rd.
