Volleyball Recap: Leland Takes a Loss

Leland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Glen Lake Lakers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lakers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Leland's defeat dropped their record down to 8-21-1. As for Glen Lake, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.

Leland has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Benzie Central on the 11th. As for Glen Lake, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against South Haven on the 11th.
