Basketball Recap: Brentwood Christian Now 8-2 over Last Ten Games

Brentwood Christian had won three straight road games and Marcus Zelee did his part to make it four on Friday. The Brentwood Christian Bears took their matchup with ease, bagging a 76-25 win over Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep thanks in part to Zelee, who dropped a triple-double on 16 points, 12 boards, and ten steals. Those ten steals gave him a new career-high.

Brentwood Christian is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.6 points per game. As for Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season.

Brentwood Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 60-52 victory against Brook Hill on the 20th.
