Volleyball Recap: Denmark Triumphs

Denmark saw some tournament action on Monday. They came out on top against the Darlington Tigers by a score of 2-0.

Denmark's offense was headlined by Reece Davidson and Azaria Ehima, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Leah Johnson and her ten assists. Ehima was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Denmark's victory bumped their record up to 12-13. As for Darlington, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 24-4 record this season.

Denmark wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Forsyth Central on the 16th. As for Darlington, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Temple on the 16th.
