Ferris came into Thursday's contest having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Lincoln Lions on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Lions two weeks ago, they had to take a 2-1 loss.

Ferris' win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 2-7. As for Lincoln, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Ferris will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against McNair Academic at 4:30 p.m. on the 28th. As for Lincoln, they will venture away from home to challenge Hoboken at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
