Volleyball Recap: Canyon Takes a Loss

After flying high against Simi Valley on Thursday, Canyon came back down to earth. The Cowboys fell just short of the Louisville Royals by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Canyon's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Louisville, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Canyon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Villanova Prep on the 23rd. As for Louisville, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Santa Ynez on the 23rd.
