Dutch Fork put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed by the Greenwood Eagles to the tune of 50-21. The 50-point effort marked the Silver Foxes' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Dutch Fork's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Michaela Fairwell, who posted ten points and five steals. Fairwell is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed five or more in the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Trinity Crumlin, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten boards.

Dutch Fork pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 19.0 points per game. As for Greenwood, their loss dropped their record down to 1-2.

Dutch Fork will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Spring Valley at 6:00 p.m. Spring Valley knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Dutch Fork likes a good challenge. As for Greenwood, they will head out to square off against Midland Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
