Basketball Recap: Lowell's Luck Changes for the Better on Saturday

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Harrisburg, Lowell was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Jefferson Lions 48-45. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Devils as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

The win got Lowell back to even at 5-5. As for Jefferson, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lowell will face off against Glendale at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jefferson, they will be playing at home against Rogue River at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Jefferson is facing Rogue River at the right time seeing as Rogue River is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
