Comfort had won five straight games and Tindall Ahrens did her part to make it six on Saturday. The Bobcats/Deer came out on top against the Uvalde Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) by a score of 2-0 thanks in part to Ahrens, who had nine kills, six aces, and four digs. She has been hot for a while, having posted six or more kills the last 19 times she's played.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Comfort took both sets by at least 25 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-0, 25-0.

Comfort's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Uvalde, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
