Volleyball Recap: Grandview Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Grandview waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Ruskin Golden Eagles 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 last Wednesday.

While Grandview won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-20, 25-22.

Jalen Ngo was the offensive standout of the matchup as he had 12 digs and two assists. Those 12 digs gave him a new career-high.

Grandview pushed their record up to 16-11-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Ruskin, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-12-2.

As of now, neither Grandview nor the Golden Eagles have any future games scheduled.
