Football Recap: Hart Skates Past Castaic with Ease + How To Watch

While Hart put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Castaic. The Hawks blew past the Coyotes 49-0. The result was nothing new for the Hawks, who have now won three matchups by 42 points or more so far this season.

Hart's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Matix Frithsmith, who picked up 132 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 46 yards and a pair of scores. Frithsmith is also on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in each of the last three games he's played. Another passer making a difference was Jacob Paisano, who gained 293 total yards.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Hart was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 222 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 153 rushing yards in five consecutive contests.

Special teams also deserves some recognition, posting 13 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Devin Thompson, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.

Hart's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-2. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 46.6 points over those games. As for Castaic, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.
