There's no place like home for Stringer, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They managed a 43-38 victory over the Sylva Bay Academy Saints on Friday. The win was some much needed relief for the Red Devils as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Sylva Bay Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Livy Shumock, who posted 13 points and six rebounds. That was a full 34.2% of Sylva Bay Academy's points, marking the third time in a row Shumock has had more than a third of the team's points. Lily Hatcher was another key player, putting up ten points and six boards.
