Basketball Recap: Milwaukee Juneau Takes a Loss

Milwaukee Juneau lost against Racine Park back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Milwaukee Juneau Pioneers took a 70-55 bruising from the Racine Park Panthers. While losing is never fun, the Pioneers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 126th, while the Panthers are ranked sixth).

Racine Park's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Isaiah Robinson, who posted 14 points in addition to six assists and six steals. Jaxson Moss was another key player, dropping a double-double on 16 points and 18 rebounds.

Milwaukee Juneau's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Racine Park, the victory (which was their 17th in a row) raised their record to 17-1.

Coming up, Milwaukee Juneau will be playing at home against Carmen Northwest at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Racine Park, they will head out on the road to face off against Oak Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Racine Park knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 18 contests -- so hopefully Oak Creek likes a good challenge.
