Volleyball Recap: Mountain View Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Mountain View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against the Marshall Eagles, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Mountain View took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-14, 25-17.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 2-20. As for Marshall, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Mountain View is set to face off against their familiar foe El Monte at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Marshall will take on rival Arroyo at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
