            Baseball Recap: Metro Tech Knights vs. Central Bobcats        
        
		
        
        
            After only one  run in their last  contest, Metro Tech made sure to put some  runs up on the board against Central  on Tuesday. The Knights came out on top against the Bobcats by a score of  10-5. The  win continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Bobcats: they've now won four in a row.

Metro Tech let  Omar Arguelles and  Jesus Casas run wild. Arguelles  went a perfect 2-for-2 with one  home run, two  runs,  and two  RBI, while  Casas  went 2-for-3 with five  stolen bases and two  runs. Those  five  stolen bases gave  Casas a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ramon Leon, who  went 2-for-3 with one  stolen base and one  run.
 Metro Tech  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .543. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Central only posted  an  OBP of  .323.
Metro Tech's victory bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Central, their loss was  their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 0-17.
 Metro Tech didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  match,  a  14-11  win against Sierra Linda on the 25th. As for Central, they have also already played their next game,  a  15-1  defeat against North on the 28th.
