Choctawhatchee won the last time they faced Pine Forest and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Choctawhatchee Indians secured a 40-34 W over the Pine Forest Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Indians.

Despite the loss, Pine Forest saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Laila Snow went 8 for 11 on her way to 23 points and seven boards. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Snow has scored all season. Chrisshona Bargaineer was another key player, putting up six points.

Choctawhatchee has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-9 record this season. As for Pine Forest, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-10.

Choctawhatchee has already played their next game, a 71-37 defeat against Booker T. Washington on the 17th. As for Pine Forest, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 42-35 loss against Fort Walton Beach on the 16th.
