Softball Recap: Killeen Takes a Loss

Killeen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 19-0 to the Temple Wildcats. The Kangaroos were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2020.

Killeen's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Temple, their record now sits at 8-6-1.

Killeen wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 15-0 loss against Midway on the 18th. As for Temple, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-5 victory against Bryan on the 18th.
