Cardozo extended their winning streak to 11 games thanks to a huge performance from Cameron Young. The Cardozo Clerks simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat the Anacostia Indians 78-32 thanks in part to Young, who went 9 for 14 on his way to 25 points in addition to six assists and four steals. He has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 19 times he's played.

The team also got some help courtesy of Joell Young, who went 6 for 12 on his way to 15 points in addition to six boards and three steals. That's the most boards he has posted since back in December of 2023.

Cardozo's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 30.1 points. As for Anacostia, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Cardozo wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 71-50 win against Bard on the 10th. As for Anacostia, they will take on Ron Brown at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Ron Brown is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.1 points per game this season.
