Softball Recap: Durango Takes a Loss

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three contests, Durango finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They lost 15-0 to the Desert Oasis Diamondbacks. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Trailblazers were not able to get on the board.

Durango now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Desert Oasis, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Durango will take on rival Valley at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Desert Oasis is set to square off against their familiar foe Faith Lutheran at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Diamondbacks 0.5, the Crusaders 3.1) so any runs scored will be well earned.
