Redmond has gone a perfect 10-0 against Juanita recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Mustangs will look to defend their home field against the Ravens at 5:00 p.m. Redmond's pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so Juanita's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Redmond is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Washington's top teams: Skyline, who was ranked fifth at the time (Redmond was ranked fourth). The Mustangs took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spartans on Thursday. That makes it the first time this season the Mustangs have let down their home crowd.

Meanwhile, Juanita waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 5-4 W against the Wolves. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Elliott Parker spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and one unearned) runs on nine hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Josie Peeler, who went 1-for-3 with one home run. The team also got some help courtesy of Calista Labugen, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-4.

Juanita's win bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Redmond, their loss dropped their record down to 10-2-1.

Everything went Redmond's way against Juanita in their previous meeting two weeks ago, as Redmond made off with an 11-4 victory. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Ravens have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
