Volleyball Recap: Melba Takes a Loss

Melba's tournament run continued when they took on Borah on Saturday. The Mustangs fell 2-0 to the Lions. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Leading Borah to victory were Alina Bout and Dawnley King. Bout had six aces and four digs, while King had eight assists.

Melba's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Borah, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Melba will face off against Horseshoe Bend at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Borah, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Mountain View on the 23rd.
