Volleyball Recap: Upland Comes Up Short

Upland was the 2-0 winner over Ocean View when they last played one another back in September of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Highlanders/Scots fell just short of the Seahawks by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Upland's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Ocean View, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

Upland will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Chino Hills at 4:45 p.m. on the 16th. As for Ocean View, they will challenge Santa Ana at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
