Softball Recap: Edison Takes a Loss

Edison lost to Madera back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Tigers came up short against the Coyotes, falling 12-1. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Edison saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mia Cordero, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Edison's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Madera, their victory bumped their record up to 15-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Edison will square off against rival Bullard at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Madera is set to take on their familiar foe Sanger West at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
