Recap: King Wolves vs. Centennial Huskies

The King Wolves pushed their score all the way to 59 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They were dealt a 94-59 loss at the hands of Centennial. While losing is never fun, King can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 379th, while Centennial is ranked 24th).

When it comes to explaining why King lost, one person who can't be blamed is Mathias Tinker. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jeremiah Davis, who scored ten points along with six rebounds and five assists.

King has been struggling recently, as they've lost nine of their last ten matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-18 record this season. As for Centennial, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-9.

King does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Centennial also has no future games currently scheduled.
