Football Game Preview: Panguitch Bobcats vs. Altamont Longhorns

The Panguitch Bobcats will head out on the road to face off against the Altamont Longhorns at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Panguitch has given up an average of 47.1 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Panguitch is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Utah's top teams: Water Canyon, who was ranked ninth at the time (Panguitch was ranked tenth). The Bobcats fell 34-22 to the Wildcats on Wednesday. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Altamont sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 54-52 win over Whitehorse on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Longhorns.

Panguitch's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Altamont, their victory bumped their record up to 7-2.
