Basketball Recap: Forsyth Central Comes Up Short

Forsyth Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were beaten by the Lebanon Blue Devils 66-22. The game marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Forsyth Central's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Lebanon, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-4.

Forsyth Central and Hardin Valley Academy will round out the year against one another at at 11:30 a.m. on Monday. As for Lebanon, they will face off against Rickards at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. Lebanon knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Rickards likes a good challenge.
