The Somerset Spartans will challenge the Baldwin-Woodville Blackhawks on Saturday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Somerset is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They never let Unity get on the board and left with a 9-0 win. Considering Somerset have won 11 matchups by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Baldwin-Woodville). They came out on top against Osceola by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. The game was the first time Baldwin-Woodville have beaten Osceola on their pitch since September 21, 2023.

Somerset has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-2-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up six goals over those 15 matches. As for Baldwin-Woodville, their win bumped their record up to 5-10-1.
