Sachse not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since August 19th (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Wylie East Raiders as they made off with a 3-0 victory. For the Mustangs, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Raiders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

While Sachse won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-19, 25-19.

Sachse's victory bumped their record up to 10-12. As for Wylie East, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-14 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Sachse will take on rival Rowlett at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Wylie East is set to challenge their familiar foe Wylie at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
