Football Recap: Herrin Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Herrin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 14-7 to the Harrisburg Bulldogs. The Tigers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Herrin's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Harrisburg, their victory bumped their record up to 3-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Herrin will take on Breese Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will need to watch out since the Cougars have now posted at least 31 points in their last five games. As for Harrisburg, they are taking a road trip to take on Benton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rangers' defense has only allowed 6.5 points per game this season, so the Bulldogs' offense will have their work cut out for them.
