Valley had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They strolled past the Waverly Tigers with points to spare, taking the game 62-47. This was a revenge game for the Indians: when they faced off against the Tigers back in January, they had to take a 42-40 defeat.

Valley's victory bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Waverly, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-11.

Looking ahead, Valley will square off against Greenup County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Waverly, they and Jackson will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.
