Volleyball Recap: Deming Takes a Loss

Deming lost against Mayfield back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wildcats came up short against the Trojans, falling 3-0. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-13, 25-17.

Deming's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Mayfield, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.

Deming wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Immanuel Christian on the 18th. As for Mayfield, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on West Mesa at 6:00 p.m. on the 30th.
