Soccer Recap: Webster County Comes Up Short

The Webster County Highlanders didn't have quite enough to beat the South Harrison Hawks on Tuesday and fell 2-1.

Webster County's goal came courtesy of Elijah Barnett, which was the first he's scored this season.

Webster County's loss dropped their record down to 0-4-3. As for South Harrison, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4-2.

Coming up, Webster County will face off against Ravenswood at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Webster County are facing Ravenswood at the right time seeing as Ravenswood are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for South Harrison, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Buffalo on the 11th.
