Chambersburg's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Altoona Mountain Lions with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Mountain Lions: they've now won seven in a row.

Chambersburg not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Altoona between 14 and 17 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-15, 25-17.

Kasey Moser paced Chambersburg's offense, picking up 11 kills. Moser got some help from Ava Zeigler and her 19 assists. Zeigler was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Several Mountain Lions players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Selena Lopez-Oakes, who had ten assists and three aces. Sage Bower also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Chambersburg now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Altoona, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-11-1.
