Basketball Game Preview: Herscher Tigers vs. St. Anne Cardinals + How To Watch

The Herscher Tigers are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will challenge the St. Anne Cardinals at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Herscher will be strutting in after a win while St. Anne will be coming in after a loss.

Herscher picked up another tournament win on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out Reed-Custer 58-55. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Comets recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, St. Anne came up short against Bishop McNamara on Wednesday and fell 58-50. The Cardinals haven't had much luck with the Fightin' Irish recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

The win got Herscher back to even at 1-1. As for St. Anne, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Herscher couldn't quite finish off St. Anne when the teams last played back in December of 2024 and fell 57-55. Thankfully for the Tigers, Chris Link (who dropped a double-double with 20 points and ten rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
