Basketball Recap: Braden River Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Manatee, Braden River was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They had just enough and edged Gulf Coast HEAT out 30-27. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 46-37 back in December of 2024.

Braden River now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Gulf Coast HEAT, the loss snapped their winning streak at nine games and leaves them with a 16-6 record.

Braden River has already played their next game (against Families Instructing Students HomeSchool), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Gulf Coast HEAT will take on Babcock at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Babcock will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Gulf Coast HEAT surely won't give up without a fight.
