Recap: St. Vincent de Paul Mustangs vs. Ukiah Wildcats        
        
		
            
 If the St. Vincent de Paul Mustangs were riding high  off their  50-26 takedown of the Elsie Allen Lobos last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. St. Vincent de Paul fell  48-41 to Ukiah on Tuesday. St. Vincent de Paul has not had much luck with Ukiah recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.
 Ukiah got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Emery Mathis out in front who  scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Tony Zacarias, who  scored 16 points along with five  steals.
 St. Vincent de Paul's loss  ended a eight-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 19-3. As for Ukiah, the  win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 18-5.
 St. Vincent de Paul will be playing in front of their home fans against Healdsburg at 5:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Healdsburg is hoping to put an end to  a five-game streak of away losses. As for Ukiah, they will head out on the road to  take on  Rancho Cotate at 7:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Rancho Cotate will have to bring their A-game into this one,  as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 678th, while Ukiah is ranked 181st).
