Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Miller School of Albemarle). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Eastern Mennonite Flames 87-34. With the Mavericks ahead 50-16 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
Shane Crissman was his usual excellent self, going 9 for 14 from beyond the arc on his way to 31 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaiden Hunter, who went 6 for 11 on his way to 17 points.
