Pleasant Valley won the last time they faced Chico and Titus Andrus did his part to make sure it happened again. The Vikings walked away with a 16-7 victory over the Panthers on Friday thanks in part to Andrus, who rushed for 252 yards and a pair of TDs. He also punched in two rushing touchdowns, which is notable because Pleasant Valley is 3-1 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.

Pleasant Valley now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Chico, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 6-1.

Coming up, Pleasant Valley will square off against Foothill at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Cougars will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Vikings surely won't give up without a fight. As for Chico, they will challenge Shasta at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers will be up against the Wolves' rather soft defense (which has allowed 34.14 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
