Andover won the last time they faced Mayo and things went their way on Friday too. The Huskies came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 7-3. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Huskies.

Blake Baumann tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Mason Fenwick, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Price Caron, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Andover's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Mayo, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-4.

Andover will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Spartans: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
