Basketball Game Preview: Jonesboro-Hodge Tigers vs. Choudrant Aggies

The Jonesboro-Hodge Tigers will challenge the Choudrant Aggies at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

It was a proper cat-fight when Jonesboro-Hodge duked it out withCalvin on Saturday. Jonesboro-Hodge had to suffer through a 54-24 loss at the hands of Calvin. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 207th, while the Cougars are ranked 92nd).

Meanwhile, Choudrant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 41-30 to Red River.

Choudrant's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Jonesboro-Hodge, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.

Jonesboro-Hodge beat Choudrant 43-36 in their previous meeting on Friday. The rematch might be a little tougher for Jonesboro-Hodge since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
