Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Taylorsville). They had just enough and edged the Hunter Wolverines out 74-72. The win was some much needed relief for the Warriors as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Taylorsville to victory, but perhaps none more so than Logan Bertagnolli, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 11 boards. The dominant performance also gave Bertagnolli a new career-high in steals (four). Another player making a difference was Kobe Allen, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 13 rebounds.
Taylorsville smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their offensive rebound total in four consecutive contests.
