Baseball Recap: Mandeville Comes Up Short

Mandeville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Archbishop Hannan Hawks. Surprisingly, this marked the fourth straight game that the away team has come away the victor.

Mandeville now has a losing record of 12-13. As for Archbishop Hannan, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-12.

Looking ahead, Mandeville will challenge Covington at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Archbishop Hannan, they will face off against Northlake Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Archbishop Hannan is facing Northlake Christian at the right time seeing as Northlake Christian is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
