Baseball Recap: Andrew Jackson Academy Find Success

Andrew Jackson Academy extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Carolina Academy. They skirted past the Bobcats 9-7. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 11-10 on Monday.

Hayden McClung was incredible, getting on base in three of his five plate appearances with six stolen bases and three runs. Those six stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kaiden Kinard, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI.

The win made it two in a row for Andrew Jackson Academy and bumps their season record up to 12-7. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 1.5 runs across that stretch. As for Carolina Academy, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-8.

As of now, neither Andrew Jackson Academy nor the Bobcats have any future games scheduled.
