After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bishop Union, Rim of the World was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They secured a 31-26 W over the Chaffey Tigers. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Fighting Scots considering their ten-point performance the match before.
Rim of the World was led to victory by Mateo Jurado and Tatum Ortiz. Jurado gained 134 total yards and two touchdowns, while Ortiz rushed for 176 yards while picking up 8.0 yards per carry. The dominant performance also gave Jurado a new career-high in rushing yards.
