Basketball Recap: Eau Claire Takes a Loss

Eau Claire lost against Fennville back in December of 2016 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Eau Claire Beavers were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 56-55 to the Fennville Blackhawks.

Eau Claire dropped their record down to 3-10 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Fennville, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-8.

Eau Claire has already played their next game, a 56-47 defeat against Mendon on the 28th. As for Fennville, they will be playing at home against Bridgman at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
