Oldenburg Academy won the last time they faced Waldron and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Twisters blew past the Mohawks 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Twisters.

Oldenburg Academy not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Waldron between 17 and 20 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-20, 25-17.

Ali Nobbe paced Oldenburg Academy's offense, picking up 15 kills. Nobbe got some help from Campbell Miles and her 16 assists. Hailey Hoffman controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Waldron's loss came despite strong showings from Averi Sheele and Lauren Strehle. Sheele had nine digs and three aces, while Strehle had nine digs and nine assists.

Oldenburg Academy's record is now 20-5. As for Waldron, they dropped their record down to 7-19 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Oldenburg Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Rushville on the 9th. As for Waldron, they will take on Triton Central in a tournament on Saturday.
