Baseball Recap: Davis Sr. Comes Up Short

Davis Sr. lost against Vacaville back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Davis Sr. Blue Devils took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vacaville Bulldogs.

Davis Sr. saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Max O'Geen, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI. That RBI marked the first that O'Geen brought in this season.

Davis Sr. now has a losing record of 1-2-1. As for Vacaville, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Davis Sr. will square off against Pleasant Grove at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Davis Sr.'s hitters haven't had much luck over their past four games, but Thursday's match will give them a chance to turn things around. As for Vacaville, they will take on Whitney at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
