Recap: Santiago Sharks vs. Great Oak Wolfpack

This season hasn't been kind to The Santiago Sharks, who are still winless after their ninth contest. They were the victim of a tough 42-21 loss at the hands of Great Oak on Friday. Santiago was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-7.

Santiago's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Amari Reed, who picked up 115 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Great Oak's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cole Vasquez, who threw for 239 yards and five touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes. Another player making a difference was James (jt) Trevino, who picked up 89 receiving yards and a touchdown.
