Softball Preview: Higley Knights vs. Buena Colts

The Higley Knights will head out on the road to square off against the Buena Colts at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Higley can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Thursday. They blew past Casteel 14-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Higley.

Kyndal Williams made a splash while hitting and pitching. She kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. Williams has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 13 consecutive pitching appearances.
